Toni Cloutier and husband Mark operate one of the more prominant and successful Thoroughbred racing stables in the Pacific Northwest.

Based in Vancouver British Columbia, this high-percentage stable spends the summers racing between Hastings Racecourse in Vancouver and Emerald Downs in Auburn, Washington with the occasional stakes starter in Alberta and California.

Accomplished riders with years of experience in the Thoroughbred world, Mark and Toni share an enjoyable and personable racing experience with their many clients.

The conditioners enjoyed their most successful season to date in 2007, winning a stable-record 42 races with sales purchases and horses acquired through the claiming box to finish second in the Hastings standings with a win percentage of 27%.

Mark and Toni live in Langley, the horse capital of British Columbia. Living adjacent to Carousel Farm, the trainers offer hands-on care of lay-ups and yearlings.
