Toni Cloutier and husband Mark operate one of the more prominant and successful Thoroughbred racing stables in the Pacific Northwest.
Based in Vancouver British Columbia, this high-percentage stable spends the summers racing between Hastings Racecourse in Vancouver and Emerald Downs in Auburn, Washington with the occasional stakes starter in Alberta and California.

The conditioners enjoyed another successful seasonin 2008, with Kwik's victory in the $50,000 BC Derby Consolation Stakes on September 21st at Hastings the season highlight. The stable finished the meet with a total of 27 wins, giving Toni fifth place on the Hastings trainer leaderboard.
Mark and Toni live in Langley, the horse capital of British Columbia. Living adjacent to Carousel Farm, the trainers offer hands-on care of lay-ups and yearlings.
